Welcome to Stay Vihana! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and villa booking services. By using our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via third-party platforms.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and confirmation from the Stay Vihana team.
- Guests must provide valid ID proof during check-in, as per government regulations.
2. Payment Terms
- A partial or full advance is required at the time of booking, depending on the villa.
- The balance (if any) must be paid before or at the time of check-in.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateways.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Check-In / Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: 1:00 PM onward
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM sharp
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service charges).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early check-outs will not be refunded.
Note: Custom cancellation terms may apply during peak season or special bookings.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property, staff, and neighborhood.
- Any damage caused to the villa or its amenities during the stay will be chargeable.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Consumption of illegal substances and disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
6. Use of Property
- Villas are to be used for residential stays only — not for commercial use, parties, or events without prior approval.
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the limit mentioned at the time of booking.
- Pets are allowed only in specific villas with prior permission.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Stay Vihana is not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or damages arising from the use of the property.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of accompanying individuals.
- We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund in case of violation of these terms.
8. Changes & Force Majeure
- Stay Vihana reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
- In such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered or an alternative booking date will be suggested.
9. Website Usage
- All content on the Stay Vihana website (images, text, logos) is the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
