Payment Policy

  1. Advance Payment Required
    • A partial or full advance payment is required to confirm your villa booking.
    • The exact amount may vary based on the villa and booking date.
    • No booking will be held or confirmed without advance payment.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods
    • UPI
    • Net Banking
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Bank Transfers
    • Payment links shared via WhatsApp or Email
  3. Balance Payment
    • Any remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of check-in.
    • Bookings without full payment at check-in may be cancelled at management’s discretion.
  4. Security Deposit
    • Some properties may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
    • This will be refunded post-checkout, after inspection for damages or policy violations.

Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Guest
    • 7 or more days before check-in: Eligible for a partial refund after deducting transaction and processing fees.
    • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund applicable.
    • No-show or early checkout: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by Stay Vihana
    • In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen issues (property damage, natural disasters, double booking), guests will receive a full refund or be offered an alternate villa of similar value.
  3. Refund Timelines
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  4. Non-Refundable Bookings
    • Promotional, last-minute, or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Please review all terms before confirming.
